Biorevitalization

Biorevitalization is an injection procedure that deeply moisturizes the skin by injecting hyaluronic acid into the dermis.

Hyaluronic acid is a substance that naturally occurs in our skin and carries out a number of functions. That’s the main reason why allergic reactions are highly unlikely.

The main function of hyaluronic acid is to regulate the water balance in tissues.  The decrease of hyaluronic acid in the body over time causes wrinkling. The average age to start biorevitalization around 30.

Indications to the procedure:

  • Skin elasticity loss
  • Dehydration
  • Dry skin
  • Small wrinkles caused by insufficient hydration
  • Enlarged pores
  • Pigmentation

Contraindications to biorevitalization:

  • Acute infections of any kind
  • Oncological diseases
  • Autoimmune diseases
  • Poor blood clotting
  • Acute herpes

At our clinic, patients see a specialist for a consultation before the procedure. Depending on each particular case, a certain technique of injection and a type of substance are chosen.

Mesotherapy

Mesotherapy is a technique that uses injections of vitamins, enzymes, hormones, and plant extracts to rejuvenate and tighten skin, as well as remove excess fat.

Michel Pistor, a doctor in France, developed the technique in 1952. It was originally used to relieve pain. In the years since, it has gained popularity in the United States and other parts of the world.

Today, mesotherapy is used to:

  • Remove fat in areas like the stomach, thighs, buttocks, hips, legs, arms, and face
  • Reduce cellulite
  • Fade wrinkles and lines
  • Tighten loose skin
  • Recontour the body
  • Lighten pigmented skin
  • Treat alopecia, a condition that causes hair loss

The technique uses very fine needles to deliver a series of injections into the middle layer (mesoderm) of skin. The idea behind mesotherapy is that it corrects underlying issues like poor circulation and inflammation that cause skin damage.

There isn’t a standard formula for the substances injected in mesotherapy. Doctors use many different solutions, including:

  • Prescription medicines like vasodilators and antibiotics
  • Hormones such as calcitonin and thyroxin
  • Enzymes like collagenase and hyaluronidase
  • Herbal extracts
  • Vitamins and minerals

Plasmolifting

Plasmolifting is an unique technology which consists of using autologus platelet-rich plasma.

Initially blood is taken from the patient’s vein.

Then, it is centrifugated in order to separate PRP from platelet-poor plasma and red blood cells.

Finally PRP is injected into area of injury.

Plasma is rich in platelets which contain their own growth factors that activate the metabolic processes in the body, accelerate cell renewal, stimulate fast regeneration, and significantly increase the general and local immunity.

  • Natural and safe
  • It does not contribute to appearance of allergic reactions or occurrence of rejection
  • Eliminates the opportunity of mutagenic danger to the patient
  • There is no chance of infection

CONTRAINDICATIONS

  • Systemic blood diseases

Nonsurgical rhinoplasty

A nonsurgical rhinoplasty is actually a dermal filler procedure that changes the shape of your nose for up to 6 months.

This procedure is ideal for people who are looking to smooth out bumps in their nose or make it look less angular but who aren’t ready for a permanent solution, or are worried about the risks and recovery time involved in a traditional rhinoplasty.

The filler ingredient settles into where it’s injected in your deeper skin layers and holds its shape. This can change the look of your nose for anywhere from 4 months to 3 years, depending on your skin, your desired results, and the ingredient used.
