Chachava Clinic, established in 1875, is the oldest maternity house in Georgia. We have a long-standing reputation of providing quality maternity services and we are well connected to other medical providers. Equipped with the most modern technologies, Chachava Clinic has transformed into a multi-disciplinary hospital which covers all medical services relating to women’s health. The Reproductive Health Centre of Chachava Clinic has been operating since 2013, and from the very beginning it has been focused on helping international parents with IVF / ICSI treatment, egg / sperm donation and surrogacy.

Choose your International Patient Coordinator
We have several highly dedicated International Patient Coordinators (“Coordinators”). When you start your journey with Chachava you will partner with a Coordinator who will support you through your entire journey from your initial enquiry through to exiting Georgia with your baby (“exit process”). We have Coordinators fluent in several languages including English, Chinese, German and Russian; which will allow your journey to progress smoothy. Your Coordinator will assist with the following and is your key point of contact through your surrogacy journey: Initial enquiries and answering any queries throughout the entire process; Arranging appointments; Consulting with medical and legal staff; Consulting with your Surrogate; Administrative and financial processes

Request your Coordinator to book a consutation with our fertility doctor via Skype, WhatsApp or other communication platform. Our doctor will answer any specific medical questions you may have, as well as provide a general overview of the medical processes that you and your surrogate will go through.
Choose your package
Chachava strive to provide quality services to our clients and as such we are continually seeking to improve our offerings. Our new range of "VIP" packages focus on high quality service. Choose from packages that use your own embryos, or which include egg / sperm / double donation. We also offer guaranteed programs and programs that include NICU insurance. Your Coordinator can help guide you on which package is right for you.
Plan your trip to Georgia
Plan your trip to Georgia We absolutely welcome parents to travel to Georgia to meet the team, organise legal documents and collect biological material, however it is critical that you attend online consultantations before arranging to come to Georgia. You may even be able to commence your treatment without travelling to Georgia. Your Coordinator can assist you to plan your trip to Georgia.
Complete your legal paperwork
Our in-house lawyers, who specialise in surrogacy, will organise all required contracts and documentation to ensure your surrogacy arrangement will be legally recognised.
Start your treatment
Your Coordinator will arrange appointments for you to start your medical treatment (sperm and / or egg collection). If you require donor(s), your Coordinator will provide access to our donor databases for you to make your selection from. Your fertility doctor will provide all details about your medical examinations and procedures.
Return home and receive updates from your Coordinator and doctor
You will receive updates on your program through your Coordinator including being provided with a Surrogate profile for you to approve. Your doctor will provide all medical updates including the health of your Surrogate and baby, and how the pregnancy is developing. Your Coordinator will be available to answer any questions you may have throughought the process and can organise an on-line meeting with your Surrogate.
Come to Georgia for the birth of your child
You should plan to arrive in Georgia a few weeks before your baby's due date. This will give you the opportunity to meet your Surrogate, potentially attend scans and settle in before the arrival of your baby. Your Coordinator and our legal team will assist you with the "exit process" to get you and your baby safely home.
